Please be sure to send your kindergartener in with a seasonal change of clothes in case they are needed!

For your children's continued health, please encourage handwashing before eating, after using the bathroom and after playing outside.

Please be sure your emergency phone numbers are current.

First Grade physicals should be submitted to the Health Office.

REMINDER- Per State law all preschoolers must receive an influenza vaccine between

September and December.

School policy states that a child must be FEVER FREE for 24 hours before returning to school. Don't forget to phone in all absences by 9:00am.

Be sure to have your physician complete a medication form before bringing any medication to school. All medication must be in the original container. Click on the med admin form link at the top of this pageto download a necessary physical examination form or medication form.

Head lice are small insects that live and reproduce in the hair of human heads, causing itching and irritation. Head lice can occur at any time. Check your child frequently for head lice. Encourage your child not to share hats, combs or place their heads in contact with others heads. Report all cases to the school nurse.
