All projects are associated with one of the following categories:

Capital Project - A project performed to extend the useful life of a school facility including upgrades and replacement of building systems such as structure, enclosure, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Required- The system has been identified as needing a partial repair or replacement of one of its parts or sections to be able to perform properly.

Routine- A task that is performed to ensure the system remains in proper working condition.
